## Jardín Film Festival — September
### What It Is
The Jardín Film Festival is one of the most important cinema events in Antioquia. Organized by Corporación Antioquia Audiovisual and directed by the renowned filmmaker **Víctor Gaviria**, it has been held annually since 2016 and has established Jardín as a space for dialogue between cinema, social reflection, and community.
### What to Expect
Four days of national and international film screenings outdoors (on the main square) and in indoor venues like the Teatro Municipal. Each edition has a theme: previous years have explored post-conflict, heritage, diversity, rural communities, corruption, democracy, the environment, and liquid modernity.
The festival includes the **Caleidoscopio National Short Film Competition**, with categories for fiction, documentary, and experimental work. Screenings are free and open to the public.
