## Restaurants for Lunch or Dinner
### Plantación Cocina
Our restaurant, open to the public from 10 AM to 7:30 PM. Local, fresh, and whenever possible organic cuisine. Don’t miss the plantain cake, the braised leeks, the trout sandwich, and the olive oil cake. The menu changes with the season and whatever the garden gives us.
### Rosalía de Jardín
A bistro with local ingredients, plates perfect for sharing over lunch or dinner. Great cocktails and music in the evenings. One of the best nighttime atmospheres in town for an unhurried dinner.
### Café Europa de Jardín
The best pizza in Jardín. Facing the main square, with a good wine selection and a relaxed atmosphere. The margherita and the French pizza are the ones we order most. Ideal for a long lunch with a view of the plaza.
### Trascender – Cocina Local
Author cuisine with local ingredients, ferments, and distinctive flavors. For those seeking a dining experience that goes beyond the conventional. One of the most interesting restaurants in Jardín.
### Bon Appétit
Pastas, rice dishes, ramen — a range of world flavors concentrated in one place. A great option if you want a change of pace after several days of local food.
### Raíces Jardín
The best gourmet burgers in Jardín. Order the potato milhoja on the side — you won’t regret it.
### Truchera Montemar
One dish, no fuss, and a sure bet: fried trout with patacón, salad, and guandolo (a drink made with panela, herbs, and lime). No complications, no extensive menu. The freshest trout you’ll find.
### Revolución Bananera
The creators of the fantastic Chimpbanana (a chocolate-covered banana you’ll find in Hotel Plantación’s rooms). They serve delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes. The chickpea stew and the hash brown are must-tries.
### Otra Cocina Restaurante
Author cuisine near the main square with a focus on fresh ingredients and innovative techniques. Great atmosphere and service.
### Jardín Cocina Clandestina
Outside the center — for those who want to discover something different and venture beyond the tourist circuit.

## Fast & Casual
### La Chorizona Jardín
The best choripan in Jardín, hands down. Order the hibiscus flower guandolo to go with it — a combination you’ll only find here.
### Lolo’s
Good quality fast food at good prices. Perfect for a craving without the fuss.
### Mr. Flauta Jardín
Another quick and tasty option near the main square.

## Viewpoint with Food
### Mirador Cristo Rey
More than a viewpoint — at the top they serve traditional food that’s as good as the view. The yuca arepas and the grilled plantain with cheese come directly recommended. It’s about a 20-minute walk from town.

## Specialty Coffee
### CHABOLA con toda el alma
The creators of the delicious spiced cold brew we serve at Hotel Plantación. One of the most interesting independent coffee brands in the area. Their space is small but full of character.
### AveCafé
This is the coffee we serve in our restaurant. If you like what you drink at breakfast, stop by their shop and take a bag home.
### Café Macanas
One of Jardín’s most iconic cafés. The yellow house with the famous flower wall is the most shared photo in town. The gulupa milkshake is their classic. The pastries — blueberry muffins, milhoja — are excellent.
Hours: Monday to Friday 7 AM – 7 PM, Saturdays and Sundays until 8 PM.
### Colectores Café Colombiano
Single-origin coffee with carefully prepared brews. For those who take their coffee seriously.
### Del Alto Café
Near the main square, relaxed atmosphere. Good coffee without the lines of the more touristy spots.
### Café Jardín
Located outside the center, ideal to combine with a walk to the outskirts of town.

## Sweets & Pastries
### Mariela Pastelería
Our favorite pastry shop. The macarons are exceptional and the coffee is delicious. A small, intimate spot full of flavor. Don’t miss it.
### Cocoa Café Francés
Authentic gelato recipe with local flavors and freshly made cones. Perfect for an afternoon stroll.
### Dulces del Jardín
The town’s traditional sweets. Ideal to take home as souvenirs.
### Ambrosía Taller de Pan
Artisan bakery outside the center. If you love sourdough bread and oven-baked goods, it’s worth the walk.
